Housing/Stability/Equipment
The studio provides housing, resources, creative guidance, and operational support, allowing creators to focus on performance and building their audience. In exchange, creators agree to uphold professional standards, meet performance expectations, and follow studio policies.

Contracts.
This is a collaborative but managed relationship, governed by written agreements and clear expectations. Models Are Expected to adhere to agreed upon streaming and content schedules.
What the Studio Provides

Compensation & Incentives
Base Pay & Payout Frequency
Creators are compensated on a revenue-sharing basis from streaming platforms, tips, and other performance income. Base earnings are paid bi-weekly, ensuring consistent cash flow.
Performance Bonuses
Additional monthly bonuses are awarded based on performance milestones, audience engagement, and revenue targets. This rewards consistent high-quality performance and encourages long-term growth.
Transparency
All payouts, bonuses, and performance tracking are provided through studio reporting tools, ensuring full visibility and accountability.

Schedule & Expectations
Creators are expected to maintain consistent performance, typically:
- 5–6 days per week
- Approximately 6–8 hours per day (streaming + content creation)
- Flexible scheduling within studio guidelines to optimize audience engagement and revenue
- Weekly stats check-in/coaching
Reliability and accountability are essential. The studio provides guidance to help you structure your schedule for success.

Creators engage audiences through immersive, personality-driven performances/livestreams, which may include:

Professional Standards & Agreements
All creators must:
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Complete identity and age verification
- Enter into written independent-contractor and residency/license agreements
- Acknowledge studio policies regarding conduct, content, branding, and confidentiality
Participation in Streamexotics is contingent upon compliance with these standards.
